The Point Specification
The intelligent building management system will control The Points’ internal environment, reacting to numbers of building users, time of year, internal and external temperatures.
A Building Management System (BMS), administered by the building manager, will be provided. The BMS will control and manage the developments’ internal environment, reacting to numbers of building users, time of year, internal and external temperatures. The BMS will also record utility readings for each demised space. The system will be linked to the PPM software (Planned and Preventative Maintenance) to help ensure that the office space is well maintained and operated, providing continuity of services and thereby minimising any downtime to building services.
A fully programmable access control system will be provided in the development. This system will control pedestrian and vehicular access with the control extending to each lift car, determining access rights to each floor.
Video intercoms linked to reception are provided at each secure entry point and all doors connecting landlord space and tenant areas will host centrally programmable electronic locks.
